Job Context
Harrington, a premium luxury building materials brand, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive – Marketing & Communication to build strong relationships with architectural firms, drive brand specification, and generate architect-led sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leading architectural firms across Bangladesh.
Promote and ensure specification of Harrington products in architectural designs and project proposals.
Initiate, negotiate, and execute MOUs with architectural firms to include Harrington in preferred vendor lists.
Plan and execute monthly architect engagement programs, networking events, and brand gatherings.
Push B2B and retail clients to visit Harrington outlets and support conversion into sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
