• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed public polytechnic institute.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Age 28 to 40 years

• At least 05 to 10 year(s) in reputed Real Estate Company.

• Sound knowledge in Structural Work (Fair face Concrete work), Finishing Work etc.

• Knowledge in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Project, MS Word and MS Excel.

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.

• Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.

• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory authorities.

• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations.
