Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, design, and supervise all civil construction and maintenance activities within the factory premises, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

• Prepare and review structural drawings, layouts, cost estimates, BOQ and work schedules for new projects, expansions, and renovation works.

• Monitor ongoing civil and infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion as per approved design, quality standards, and budget.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for execution of civil works and ensure proper material quality and workmanship.

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and structural issues, and ensure timely rectification.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental standards, and factory safety regulations.

• Support the Engineering/Plant Maintenance team in installation and civil-related support for new machinery, utilities, and production lines.

• Maintain proper documentation, project progress reports, and as-built drawings for all completed works.

• Ensure proper utilization of resources and cost control in all civil and infrastructure-related projects.

• Provide technical support to management in decision-making for factory expansion and infrastructure improvement projects.
