Experience:

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• Bachelor of Architecture / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design from any reputed Institute.

• Any certificate of Interior design related course.

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Strong Communication Skills (Team work, Supportive attitude, eager to learn, Proactivity) and Creativity.

Job Context:

We are Seeking to recruit some experienced, talented and enthusiastic Architect / 3D Visualizer to Join our Team. Ideal Candidates will have a proven track record. You will have a passion for Interior, architecture, design and photography.

Job Responsibilities:

• Solid high-end interior experience.

• Fluency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion

• Ability to understand and extrapolate an interiors brief.

• Ability to work on own initiative and work well within a small team.

• Ability to take responsibility for own work and deliver to tight deadlines.

• Measurement collection from side for exclusive client and brief to contractor or carpenter on working drawing and side supervision.

• Good Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.

• The designer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design with full working drawing.

• Any design related duties can assign by the office.

• Excellent working environment.

• Conveyance Bill, Lunch, Mobile Bill, Festival Bonus, Increments etc.

• Special incentive will be provided in case of particular project.
