Responsibilities & Context: Job Context
We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager – HR & Admin who has experience in the Interior/Construction/Real Estate Market. The candidate should have at least 1-3 years of proven experience in HR & admin department into the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment & selection process (CV screening, interview coordination & onboarding)
- Maintain employee database, personal files and HRIS records
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll support and final settlement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and audit requirements
- Prepare HR letters, reports and official documents
- Monitor disciplinary actions, grievance handling and employee engagement
- Coordinate with government bodies and regulatory authorities when required
- Support in policy development and implementation
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance standards
- Any others job assign by the management
