Job Context:

We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic Executive/Sr. Executive (Marketing & Sales) who has experience in the Interior/Construction/Real Estate Market. The candidate should have at least 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, obtaining leads for achieve the personal sales to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
• Conducting extensive research on competitors` products and services.
• Achieve individual Sales, customer acquisition & retention.
• Ensure regular client follow-up, visit and correspondences to achieve set of personal targets.
• Knowledgeable on business development and present market scenario.
• Able to communicate with professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers.
• Work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
• Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
• Prepare report as required by team leader and management.
• Strong negotiation skill.
