Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee operation, monitoring, and optimization of WTP & RO systems
Ensure consistent production of treated water meeting required quality standards
Monitor key RO parameters (pressure, flow rate, recovery, TDS rejection)
Control chemical dosing systems (antiscalant, chlorine, SMBS, pH adjustment chemicals)
Troubleshoot issues related to scaling, fouling, membrane performance, and plant efficiency
Supervise pretreatment systems (sand filter, carbon filter, softener, UF if applicable)
Ensure proper execution of CIP (Cleaning in Place) for RO membranes
Coordinate with operation, maintenance, and QC teams for smooth plant performance
Maintain operational logs, reports, and compliance documentation
Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and efficient plant operation
