Experience:

• 9 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

• 9 to 10 years

• Age 30 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of WTP & RO system operation and maintenance

• Raw water & treated water quality analysis (pH, TDS, Hardness, Turbidity, Conductivity)        

• RO plant operation, monitoring (Pressure, Flow, Recovery rate, Rejection %)      

• Knowledge of membrane cleaning (CIP) and scaling/fouling control 

• Chemical dosing knowledge (Antiscalant, Chlorine, SMBS, pH correction chemicals)

• Pretreatment process understanding (Sand Filter, Carbon Filter, Softener, UF if applicable)

• Laboratory testing, data recording & report preparation      

• Troubleshooting of RO/WTP system performance issues

• Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, instruments & control systems

• Ensure compliance with water quality standards

• Ability to work under pressure and in industrial environment

• Good communication & teamwork skills

• Raw water analysis, treatment control, and performance monitoring of WTP & RO systems

• Ensure treated water quality meets required standards (drinking/industrial use compliance)

• Monitor and optimize chemical dosing (coagulant, antiscalant, disinfectant, etc.)

• Control and maintain RO parameters (pressure, flow rate, TDS rejection, recovery rate)

• Coordinate with operation, maintenance, and management teams for smooth system operation

• Maintain laboratory testing records, daily logs, and compliance reports

• Identify scaling, fouling, or membrane issues and support troubleshooting & cleaning (CIP)

• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and proper operation of pumps, filters, and RO units
