Responsibilities & Context:
Perform microbiological analysis of raw water, treated water, and RO permeate to ensure water quality compliance
Ensure treated water meets required standards for drinking and industrial applications
Monitor and control disinfection efficiency (chlorination, UV, ozone, or other systems) to maintain microbial safety
Identify and control microbial contamination in WTP and RO systems
Monitor biofouling conditions in RO membranes and pretreatment units
Support detection and prevention of microbial growth, slime formation, and bacterial contamination
Assist in optimization of chemical dosing related to microbiological control (biocides, disinfectants, etc.)
Coordinate with operation, maintenance, and management teams for smooth and efficient system operation
Assist in troubleshooting scaling, fouling, and membrane-related microbiological issues and support CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) activities
Maintain laboratory testing records, daily logs, and microbiological compliance reports
