One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. One Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated candidate for the position of Executive, Microbiology Department for its factory (BSCIC, Bogura).
To perform sampling and tests for Microbiological Purity of water.
To perform Microbial Enumeration tests of nonsterile products.
To perform Microbiological testing of Sterility test, Endotoxin test.
To perform Microbiological testing of raw materials, and packaging material, In-process and finished products as appropriate.
To perform Microbial tests for specified microorganisms of nonsterile products.
To perform Isolation and Identification test of microorganisms.
To perform Antimicrobial Effectiveness test (Preservatives, Cleaning agent and Disinfectant)
To perform Microbiological Media preparation, sterilization and Growth promotion test (GPT) of Microbiological culture media.
To perform Microbiological Culture of ATCC culture and subculture.
To Perform Sterilization and Disinfection of Microbiological Waste and ensure its proper disposition.
To perform environmental monitoring, personnel hygiene monitoring and surface monitoring test for bio-burden.
To perform swab testing of equipment (as applicable).
To perform Microbial limit test (MLT) Method validation.
To prepare Microbiological test specifications and test method development.
To prepare Microbiological standard test procedures, standard operating procedure and equipment operating procedure.
To perform Qualification / Verification and Calibration of Monitoring and Measuring equipment’s.
To proper Handling of Out of Specification results in Microbiological Analysis.
To maintain proper Documentation and accurate records keeping on all activities conducted in the laboratory.
Ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping in the Microbiology test Laboratory.
To control inventory of Microbiology Laboratory, Microbiological Media, Reagents, Apparatus and other essential items.
