• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university

• Training or certification in GMP/Pharmaceutical Engineering will be an added advantage

• Only Male

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company

• Strong experience in maintenance of production and utility equipment

Job Context: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the Engineering Department of our cGMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities — Unison Pharmaceuticals Ltd. & Unison Homoeo Laboratories Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and efficiency of all mechanical systems and machinery.

• Uttar Bhuighor, Fatullah, Narayanganj

Job Responsibilities / Description

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and utilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery

• Monitor HVAC, boiler, compressor, and utility systems

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards

• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and minimize downtime

• Coordinate with production and QA departments for smooth operations

• Maintain proper documentation (maintenance logs, SOPs, reports)

• Participate in validation and calibration activities

• Lead and supervise technical staff and technicians

• Ensure workplace safety and proper engineering practices

• Any other task assigned by management

Salary Range

• Minimum BDT 50,000

• Negotiable (Based on experience and competency)

• Highly experienced candidates will be offered BDT 50,000+
