Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the Sales & Marketing Manager of the Company.
∎ Monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their performances.
∎ Achieve Sales Targets set by the Company.
∎ Ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
∎ Prepare sales & marketing plans for respective areas and ensure their proper implementation aligning with the business needs of the Company.
∎ Conduct field inspections, monitoring, market supervision, and collect all market-related information to prepare market reports.
∎ Prepare all documents related to sales and promotion of products.
∎ Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
∎ Conduct Market Visits, client hunting, and creating market opportunities.
∎ Responsible for increasing sales for existing customers & developing new clients/customers.
∎ Promote new products to targeted clients and generate demand through new coverage.
∎ Review Sales on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit all reports to the Head of the Department.
∎ Perform other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
