  • Experience in hotel construction projects will be given additional preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.

  • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site labor.

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Ensure the quality of materials before use and minimize material wastage.

  • Monitor workmanship standards for all construction activities.

  • Ensure timely project handover within the approved budget, maintaining required quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Must be familiar with BNBC, FAR, and other applicable rules and regulations of relevant authorities.

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures when necessary.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and key milestones.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

  • Ensure proper filing and accessibility of all documents for review and audit purposes.
