Responsibilities & Context:
To expand our creative team, we are looking for a Project Engineer/Site Engineer who is experienced working with real estate and developer. The ideal candidates have to perform these responsibilities-
Develop, monitor, and update the project schedule, ensuring construction phases occur on time.
Inspect construction activities regularly to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, structural designs and BNBC, RAJUK, etc.
Review technical drawings, structural layouts, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans to ensure design intent is achievable.
Coordinate design changes with architects, consultants, and developers.
Estimate material quantities, raise requisitions, check quality of materials upon delivery and ensure proper storage to reduce wastage.
Verify contractor/subcontractor work measurements and validate bills before submission for payment approval.
Ensure all construction activities have necessary approvals.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports.
Identify technical issues and potential risks early and advise on corrective measures.
