• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 2 years

• Age 24 to 37 years

Ø  Understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Ø  Knowledge of project management principles.

Ø  Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and project costing.

Ø  Familiarity with ERP systems.

Ø  Conduct technical, operational, project, and manufacturing audits across EPC, construction, transformer, battery, steel pole, concrete pole, and geotextile businesses.

Ø  Review engineering designs, BOQs, estimates, specifications, project execution, and compliance with contracts, standards, and approved drawings.

Ø  Evaluate project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, progress monitoring, change management, and project close-out processes.

Ø  Assess manufacturing efficiency, material utilization, production controls, quality assurance, yield performance, and inventory management.

Ø  Verify raw material consumption, production records, quality reports, warranty claims, and finished goods controls.

Ø  Review procurement, tendering, vendor selection, contract management, and contractor performance to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness.

Ø  Conduct physical verification of inventory, project materials, and fixed assets, and validate ERP records and reconciliations.

Ø  Evaluate Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) compliance and identify operational and safety risks.

Ø  Prepare audit reports, communicate findings and recommendations, and present audit observations to Head of Audit and Compliance.
