Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Preferences:

• Proven expertise in marketing, industrial electrical systems, power management, and panel operation/programming.

• Troubleshooting and commissioning experience with HT/LT Panels, Substations, INVERTERs, PFI Panels, ATS, and Synchronizing Panels.

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Akatsuki Global Partners BD Co., Ltd. is a multinational Japanese Company who is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Senior Executive Engineer cum Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to both supervision and hands-on technical operations.

Job Location:

• Head Office and various project sites as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managerial and technical supervision of company items, services and products.

• Supervise and actively participate in presentations, and installation of company devices.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Substations, HT/LT Panels, INVERTER systems, PFI Panels, Synchronizing Panels, and ATS Systems.

• Detailed first-hand knowledge of Power Analyzer, Multimeters and Clamp on Meters etc.

• Identify and manage high electricity-consuming clients in industrial and commercial sectors.

• Maintain strict electrical and mechanical safety protocols during site operations.

• Submit daily work schedules and progress reports.

• Support and coordinate with distributors, engineers, and technicians for project execution.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams for timely operations.

• Essential Computer skills.
