• Knowledge in MS Office.      

• Ability to manage & work under pressure.

• Candidates have experience in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation certification will get preference.

• Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producer in large geo textile industry.

• Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and finish Quality as per market standard/ customer demand.

• Understanding of Geo Fabrics inspection, 4-point system, Pattern & Cutting knowledge, Lab tests knowledge on GSM PROFILE, CBR, STRIP TENSILE STRENGTH, GRAB TENSILE STRENGTH, AOP, DURABILITY etc.

• Oversee quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for large geo textile industry equipped with modern state-of-art technology.

• Ensure guidance during the product development process for high-quality nonwoven output. Understand synchronization with needling, survo speed control, weight measuring system, cross lapper and carding rpm so that tensile strength along machine director and cross machine direction matches the variance range.

• In case of non-confirm products if arises, he should quickly detect the issue and address properly.

• Develop and analyze mechanical data of MD/CD directional strength and product specifications to determine present BWDB standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.

• Monitor and collect customers’ satisfaction and feedback data regarding product quality for further improvement.

• Provide the collected feedback to the respective producer regarding the findings related to quality.

• Lead the staff effectively and ensure high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations.

• Train and develop the quality control staff to enhance their capacity and productivity.
