Strong technical expertise in bridge engineering, stay-cable systems, and heavy structural erection.
Familiarity with international bridge design codes, RHD standards, and construction safety practices.
Excellent leadership, site management, and communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Job Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise the overall construction, erection, and quality control works of Cable-Stayed Bridge components.
Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, structural design drawings, safety standards, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols.
Monitor stay-cable installation, tensioning sequences, deck segment erection, and structural health monitoring procedures.
Coordinate effectively with client representatives, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
Review contractor submittals, method statements, material test reports, and progress reports.
