We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect with strong expertise in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering to join our growing design team.

Position Details

Position: Mid-Level Architect (3D Visualization & Design)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Mirpur, Dhaka

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

• Candidates with a strong portfolio of architectural visualization will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.

• Prepare 2D floor plans, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.

• Assist in design development from concept to execution.

• Produce presentation drawings and design documentation.

3D Modeling & Rendering

• Create high-quality 3D models for residential, commercial, and interior projects.

• Produce photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.

• Develop walkthrough animations and presentation visuals when required.

• Apply realistic materials, lighting, landscaping, and post-production techniques.

• Ensure render quality meets company and client expectations.

Client Communication

• Meet clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.

• Present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations professionally.

• Explain design ideas clearly and confidently to clients.

• Gather client feedback and coordinate revisions with the design team.

Project Coordination

• Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and project assessments.

• Prepare client requirement reports and design briefs.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, site engineers, and project managers.

• Support project execution by ensuring design intent is maintained throughout construction.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with senior architects and engineers throughout the design process.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

• Mentor junior architects and share technical knowledge when appropriate.

• Continuously improve design quality and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles.

• Excellent 3D modeling and rendering skills.

• Ability to prepare presentation-quality architectural visualizations.

• Good understanding of space planning, interior detailing, and material selection.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Software Requirements

Candidates should have strong proficiency in:

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• 3ds Max

• V-Ray or Corona Renderer

• Lumion or D5 Render

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator (preferred)

• Revit (preferred)

Additional Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and interior visualization projects.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and client handling skills.

• Willingness to visit project sites when required.
