Candidates should have any of the following qualifications:
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Diploma in Civil Engineering (with extensive relevant experience)
5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project execution.
Experience working in Interior Design Firms, Architecture Firms, Construction Companies, Engineering Firms, or Design-Build Organizations.
Proven experience in managing commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, or residential interior projects.
Supervise and manage interior construction and fit-out projects from start to completion.
Ensure project execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Coordinate site activities with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Review architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings.
Resolve technical issues and site challenges through effective coordination.
Verify measurements, material specifications, and installation methods.
Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
Inspect all stages of interior works, including:
Carpentry and joinery
False ceiling works
Flooring and tiling
Electrical installations
Plumbing works
Painting and finishing
Furniture and fixture installations
Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards and client expectations.
Attend client meetings and project review sessions.
Communicate project updates and site progress professionally.
Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors.
Ensure client requirements are accurately implemented during execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain site documentation, work schedules, and material tracking records.
Monitor project costs, material consumption, and wastage control.
Prepare measurement sheets, BOQs, and work completion reports.
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction techniques.
Excellent understanding of BOQ, estimation, and project execution.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
