• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

• At least 5 years in a managerial position.

• Experience in Metal Can Manufacturing Industries (Metal & Plastics) will be given preference.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Sound knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems will be an advantage.

A reputed Metal Can Manufacturing Industry is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and operational performance.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.

• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Procurement, and Warehouse departments.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

• Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Train and develop production personnel to enhance performance and efficiency.
