Project Management, Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of Diesel Generator (DG) sets, acoustic canopies, ATS panels, and associated power generation systems in compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Prepare and review detailed engineering documents including GA drawings, fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical specifications, and design calculations.
Develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Material Take-Offs (MTO), and technical proposals for DG sets, canopies, ATS panels, fuel systems, and project installations.
Prepare and validate cost sheets for DG sets, acoustic canopies, ATS panels, installation, testing, and commissioning activities to support tendering and project execution.
Manage project cost budgets and implement value engineering initiatives to optimize product performance, quality, and profitability while controlling project costs.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, Suppliers, and Customers to ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables and project milestones.
Prepare, review, and maintain all project documentation including technical submittals, compliance reports, O&M manuals, FAT/SAT documents, test certificates, and commissioning reports.
Plan, supervise, and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), load testing, performance verification, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities for DG and ATS systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, NFPA, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and reliability.
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams, driving continuous improvement, technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery.
