Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with the organization's business goals and digital transformation priorities.

• Oversee all IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, data centers) and ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery capabilities.

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessment, compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST), incident response, and security awareness programs.

• Manage the full IT budget, including forecasting, cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and ROI evaluation of technology investments.

• Direct IT operations and service delivery (helpdesk, support, system administration, application management, and end-user computing).

• Lead and develop the IT team fostering a high-performance culture, talent development, and succession planning.

• Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies (cloud migration, AI/ML tools, automation, cybersecurity solutions, ERP/CRM upgrades) while ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and executive leadership/business units, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Oversee major IT projects and programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with clear business value.

• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend proactive improvements and maintain a future-ready IT environment.

• Ensure business continuity, data protection, and compliance across all IT systems.

• Ensure Website Management, Radio Link Management, CCTV Administration, PABX System Administration and Mail Server, CMS Management.
