• Ability to handle utility companies, IPPs, industrial clients, and consultants

Cross World Group is seeking an experienced in Substation Sales Expert to lead and drive sales activities related to substation equipment, EPC projects, and power infrastructure solutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project-based sales experience, and the ability to manage key clients within the power and energy sector.

Responsibilities & Context

Substation Sales Specialist Role

• Lead sales activities for substation projects, including power substations, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and related equipment.
• Conduct regular field visits to industrial, commercial, and utility project sites to identify upcoming substation requirements at early project stages.
• Liaise with consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and end users to gather technical specifications and project information.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid documents for substation projects.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive lead generation and strategic account management.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and procurement teams to ensure accurate technical solutions and competitive pricing.
• Develop and execute substation-focused sales plans and budgets aligned with company goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming power projects to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the power and energy sector.
• Track sales performance, pipeline status, and ROI for substation sales activities and submit regular reports to senior management.
• Support business development initiatives, partnerships, and long-term growth strategies related to power infrastructure and substations.
