Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Training on Srote/Inventory Mangement

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 24 years
• Only Male

• Maintain accurate records of all medical and non-medical supplies.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of essential items at all times.

• Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up for timely delivery.

• Ensure cost-effective and quality purchasing aligned with hospital policy.

• Issue materials to concerned departments against requisitions.

• Ensure proper documentation while receiving and issuing stock.

• Maintain transparency and accountability in distribution.

• Update daily stock registers, ledgers, and hospital ERP systems.

• Maintain records of batch numbers, expiry dates, and warranty where applicable.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly stock reports for management.

• Ensure storage conditions comply with healthcare and safety standards.

• Regularly check for expired, damaged, or near-expiry items and report to management.

• Adhere to hospital policies, internal audit, and compliance requirements.

• Work closely with Pharmacy, Nursing, Maintenance, and Admin to fulfill their supply needs.

• Support emergency requirements promptly without delay.

• Monitor usage patterns and suggest measures for cost savings.

• Prevent misuse, pilferage, or overstocking of materials.

• Ensure optimum utilization of resources.

• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and systematic arrangement in the store.

• Any other task assigned by the Management
