Responsibilities & Context:

• Assess patients and identify their physiotherapy and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide physiotherapy treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs.

• Provide physiotherapy services to OPD and IPD patients.

• Provide home physiotherapy services when required.

• Monitor and document patients’ progress and treatment outcomes.

• Educate patients and attendants on exercises, posture, mobility, and home-care programs.

• Maintain proper patient records and treatment documentation.

• Ensure safe and proper use of physiotherapy equipment.

• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain patient confidentiality, professional ethics, and hospital standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
