Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning support, warehousing, and logistics activities.

  • Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, spare parts, and consumables required for button manufacturing operations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity.

  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, service levels, and commercial terms.

  • Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order management, contract negotiation, and vendor compliance.

  • Collaborate with production and planning teams to forecast material requirements and align procurement plans with production schedules.

  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, safety stock, and reorder points to ensure optimum inventory turnover and working capital utilization.

  • Supervise warehouse operations to ensure accurate material receipt, storage, stock control, and timely issuance of materials to production. Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely inbound and outbound movement of materials and finished goods.

  • Analyze procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics costs and implement initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational expenses.

  • Ensure accurate supply chain documentation, ERP transactions, inventory records, and reporting for effective tracking and decision-making.

  • Identify supply chain risks, including supplier dependency, material shortages, logistics disruptions, and market fluctuations, and implement mitigation plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Finance, Commercial, Quality, Sales, and Product Development to support business objectives and customer requirements.

  • Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, supplier performance, procurement savings, order fulfillment, warehouse accuracy, and logistics efficiency.

  • Develop and implement annual supply chain strategies, budgets, process improvement initiatives, and digitalization projects to enhance operational performance and support organizational growth.
