>Ability to prepare and analyze operational reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

>Experience in inventory tracking, stock reconciliation and production planning will be preferred.Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor overall supply chain activities.

• Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

• Manage procurement activities and maintain supplier relationships.

• Prepare production and packaging schedules based on sales forecasts.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock records.

• Coordinate with production, packaging, warehouse and logistics teams.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure quality standards and operational compliance are maintained.

• Analyze operational performance and submit reports to management.

• Lead, train and supervise production and packaging team members.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
