Green Power Solar Plant are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly experienced Tender Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the entire bidding process, from identifying potential tender opportunities to final submission. You will be responsible for tracking government and private tenders (including e-GP), analyzing requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring compliant, high-quality, and competitive proposals
Business Hunting & Lead Generation: Drive new business hunting and lead generation within the government sector across Bangladesh for Solar Related Work , building a healthy and qualified opportunity pipeline.
EOI & RFP Preparation: Prepare, compile and submit high-quality Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) / tender documents in line with client requirements and procurement guidelines (including e-GP / CPTU).
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with the technical and solution teams to develop proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations and to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Customer Engagement: Conduct regular weekly visits to existing and prospective government customers to build relationships, understand needs, present solutions, and progress opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain accurate, in-depth knowledge of the company’s existing products and solutions, and articulate their value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tender Intelligence: Monitor government/different tender portals, gazettes, and procurement notices to identify relevant opportunities early and track submission deadlines.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and stakeholders within government agencies.
Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare periodic reports and forecasts, and update CRM records on activities, leads and progress.
Market Intelligence: Gather market and competitor intelligence to inform positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, seminars, exhibitions and government-organised programmes to enhance visibility and generate leads. Tender Sourcing: Monitor daily national and international tender notices across e-GP portals, newspapers, and corporate websites.
Documentation & Submission: Prepare, compile, and review all technical and financial tender documents accurately within strict deadlines.
e-GP Management: End-to-end handling of the National e-GP portal, including registration, security deposits, and online bid submissions.
Risk & Compliance: Analyze Public Procurement Rules (PPR), evaluation criteria, and contract clauses to mitigate company risks.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Technical, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams to gather costings, BOQs, and supporting certifications.
Vendor & Client Liaison: Communicate with government officials, corporate clients, and joint-venture partners for tender clarifications and pre-bid meetings.
Database Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive digital archive of past bids, pricing strategies, technical layouts, and performance certificates.
