Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Executive/ Officer - Public Procurement & Regulation. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring public procurement opportunities, supporting tender and bidding processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with relevant government agencies and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Bangladesh Public Procurement Rules (PPR), Public Procurement Act (PPA), e-GP processes, tender documentation, and government regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and identify relevant government procurement opportunities, tenders, RFQS, EOIs, and RFPs.
Regularly monitor the e-GP system and relevant government procurement platforms.
Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements.
Prepare and coordinate tender, quotation, proposal, and other procurement-related documents.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids and proposals in accordance with applicable requirements.
Maintain a database of ongoing, upcoming, and completed government procurement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams including Business Development, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Management.
Communicate and coordinate with relevant government offices, procuring entities, and other stakeholders when required.
Conduct regulatory and compliance checks related to public procurement activities.
Keep the organization updated on changes in PPA, PPR, e-GP guidelines, procurement policies, circulars, and other relevant regulations.
Support the preparation of contracts, work orders, agreements, and related documentation.
Maintain proper records of tender submissions, correspondence, approvals, contracts, and compliance documents.
Identify potential procurement risks and support management in developing appropriate mitigation measures.
Prepare regular reports on tender participation, procurement status, regulatory matters, and business opportunities.
