  • Strong systems aptitude with the ability to drive operational efficiency and service excellence.

  • A certified Supply Chain professional is preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a customer-focused team to deliver exceptional service experiences.

  • Oversee the complete customer journey, from booking management to cargo readiness and import/export lifecycle support.

  • Manage complex customer inquiries, shipment disruptions, escalations, and end-to-end claims and dispute resolution processes with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, Bill of Lading clauses, delivery order procedures, contractual obligations, and service standards.

  • Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Partner closely with customers, global stakeholders, operations teams, and management to deliver seamless service solutions.
