• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Masters

PGD in Supply Chain Management, Experience in oil & gas, industrial services, catering operations, camp management, facility management, logistics, or EPC projects will be highly preferred.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Data Analysis).

• Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, or procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilties

• Source suppliers and evaluate quotations based on quality, pricing, lead time, and service capability.

• Assist in vendor selection, vendor performance evaluation, and supplier relationship management.

• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and delivery schedules.

• Negotiate favorable commercial terms where appropriate.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.

• Analyze stock consumption, reorder points, and inventory turnover.

• Minimize stock shortages, overstocking, wastage, and expired inventory.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Track shipments and resolve supply disruptions proactively.

Analytical Responsibilties

• Analyze procurement, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems.

• Monitor key metrics such as:

• Inventory Turnover

• Procurement Cycle Time

• Vendor Performance

• Cost Savings

• Stock Accuracy

• Service Availability

• Delivery Lead Time

• Support implementation of ERP, inventory management, or digital reporting systems where applicable.
