• Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, and layout design.
• A professional portfolio showcasing Real Estate Product and motion design projects (required).
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset.

• Design eye-catching unique ads creative, social media creatives, and marketing visuals that align with the brand identity.

• Design Marketing Martial like Brochure, Flayer, T-shirt etc. for marketing and promotion.

• Edit and produce short videos, promotional clips, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual strategies.

• Apply strong design fundamentals including Product Promotion, typography, composition, color theory, and animation.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all creative materials.

• Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends, software tools, and creative techniques.

• Review and refine all visual outputs to ensure high-quality standards.

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, and layout design.

• A professional portfolio showcasing Real Estate Product and motion design projects (required).
