Buyer Management & Business Development
Identify, approach, and secure new international buyers for garment export/manufacturing business
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing buyers to ensure repeat business
Act as the primary point of contact for key buyers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Represent the company in international trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events
Negotiation
Lead price negotiations with buyers, balancing competitiveness with company profitability
Negotiate payment terms, delivery schedules, and order quantities with clients
Handle contract discussions and finalize terms in coordination with senior management
Market Analysis
Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging trends, buyer preferences, and competitor strategies
Analyze pricing trends in the global garments industry to guide company pricing strategy
Identify new potential markets and product categories for business expansion
Track compliance requirements, tariffs, and trade regulations across target markets
Sales & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing plan aligned with company goals
Set sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for top management
Collaborate with merchandising, production, and compliance teams to ensure buyer requirements are met
Team & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team
Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability
Coordinate with recruitment on hiring for the sales/marketing department as needed
Reporting & Coordination
Report directly to top management (MD/CEO) on sales performance, buyer feedback, and market outlook
Coordinate cross-functionally with production, quality, and finance departments to ensure smooth order execution
