Experience:
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, complaints and service requests efficiently.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain professionalism and patience in challenging customer situations.
Keep customers informed on issue progress and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
Follow Incident Management procedures and maintain accurate records/reporting.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Willing to perform outdoor/field duties as required.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
Prepare reports, documentation and provide user training when required.
Lead and monitor field sales agents to ensure performance targets are met.
Support field operations including customer visits and service delivery.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all activities.
