Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand & Marketing within the FMCG sector.

  • Proven experience in new product development, brand management, and business expansion.

  • Strong understanding of HORECA, Modern Trade, and Institutional Sales channels.

  • Experience in developing marketing strategies, product launches, and market penetration plans.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives.

  • Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives, including market research, product positioning, launch planning, and performance evaluation.

  • Identify and implement business expansion strategies by exploring new markets, channels, and growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and execute new business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

  • Design and implement aggressive marketing campaigns to maximize brand visibility and product sales.

  • Develop channel-specific marketing strategies for HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés), Modern Trade, and Institutional Sales.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches and business growth.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend strategic actions.

  • Manage brand communication, promotional activities, ATL/BTL campaigns, and marketing budgets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, distributors, modern trade chains, institutional clients, and HORECA customers.

  • Monitor marketing performance through KPIs, sales analysis, ROI measurement, and market intelligence.
