Previous experience in leading a field team will be considered an advantage.

• Supervise and guide a field team of 6-7 Sales Representatives/DSOs to ensure daily operational efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular market visits with team members to provide coaching, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure proper route planning, market coverage, and execution of daily field activities.
• Track attendance, productivity, and discipline of team members.
• Support the Operation Manager in implementing business plans and operational strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, retailers, and other business partners.
• Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and operational challenges, and report findings to the Operation Manager.
• Ensure proper communication of company policies, campaigns, and operational instructions to the team.
• Resolve field-level operational and service-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Operation Manager.
• Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and business performance.

Job Location: Panchagarh (Must be a permanent resident of Panchagarh)
