• Knowledge in MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Distribution, FMCG, Telecom, or MFS. Candidates with leadership experience in distribution operations will be given preference.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Smart, self-motivated, dynamic, and willing to take challenges.

• Experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG/MFS operations will be preferred.

• Lead and manage overall Distribution House operations and field force performance.

• Supervise and motivate a sales team of 20-25 members.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure KPI compliance.

• Plan and execute effective market visits, route plans, and field activities.

• Develop the distribution network by onboarding new agents and strengthening existing relationships.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure smooth daily operations of both office staff and field employees.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

• Resolve operational and service-related issues promptly.

• Train, coach, and develop field employees through regular briefings and performance reviews.

• Ensure proper communication, reporting, and compliance across the team.

• Maintain a strong focus on ROI.
