Minimum Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred) from any recognized university.
Candidates with relevant experience but lower academic qualifications may also apply.
Age: 24 to 40 years (relaxable for highly experienced candidates).
Must be a permanent resident of the applied district/area.
Must have a strong network of retailers and distributors in the local area.
Should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Experience Required
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FMCG/consumer goods sales.
Prior experience as Area Sales Officer (ASO), Sales Officer (SO), or similar role preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of the local market, trade channels, and distribution network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
Valid motorcycle driving license is preferred; own motorcycle is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, disciplined, and with high integrity.

Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area/territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market coverage and increase product visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and report to management.
Recruit, supervise, and motivate the sales team (if applicable) in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits to outlets, shops, and distributor points.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and availability at all outlets.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Resolve customer complaints and handle any market-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.
