∎ Graduation in any discipline from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving company objectives along with retail coverage, plan and execute sales to maximize the market share for the particular area assigned by the management.
∎ Maintain daily tour plan.
∎ Recruit, guide and provide field training to Sales officer.
∎ Communicate and visit market with Sales officer on daily basis.
∎ Collect new distributor as per company standard rules and regulation.
∎ Maintain dealer stock and ensure primary lifting against the stock sales.
∎ Prepare daily/monthly sales related reports assigned by the management.
∎ Collect, forecast and analyze the market data along with competitor's data to make reports and submitted to the respective supervisor.
∎ Maintain strong relation with distributors.
∎ Understand and troubleshoot any sales related issue, take necessary actions where it is needed.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a minimum 3 years of running experience at a similar position.
∎ Depth knowledge at the following business areas: Food (packaged/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Ability to perform under pressure
