Responsibilities & Context:
Developing a sales plan with sales team.
Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
Targeting Sales objectives along with Management and Sales Representatives.
Maintaining a good relationship with distributor.
Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for different regions.
Presenting monthly reports to the head office and highlighting the key points.
Suggesting improvements in sales approaches.
Assisting in hiring, training and developing of new sales members.
Ensuring the market coverage by lifting products in every outlet.
Staying up to date on various market trends and sales analysis.
