Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven client relationship management and business development capabilities.

  • Ability to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

  • Sound knowledge of steel structures, RCC buildings, and construction practices.

  • Experience working with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for business development activities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Generate new business opportunities for engineering consultancy services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Visit client offices and project sites to assess requirements and propose engineering solutions.

  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements.

  • Deliver company profile presentations and technical discussions to prospective clients.

  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, project approvals, and contract finalization.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.

  • Maintain client databases and prepare regular business development reports.

  • Achieve sales targets while upholding professional ethics and excellent customer service.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and business networking events.
