Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of Steel structures& RCC buildings

• Experience working with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare detailed approval drawings, as-built drawings, retrofit drawing using AutoCAD 2D based on project requirements.

• Prepare detailed structural drawings for structural steel works, RCC buildings, and retrofitting projects.

• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate and coordinated drawings.

• Revise and update drawings according to engineering comments, design changes, and client requirements.

• Ensure all drawings comply with BNBC, project specifications, and company drafting standards.

• Prepare material take-offs and drawing schedules to support procurement and project planning.

• Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers, revision history, and electronic drawing files.

• Assist the engineering team during design development, tender preparation, and construction by providing accurate drafting support.

• Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings in accordance with project schedules.
