Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage daily depot distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

• Coordinate order processing, loading, packing, unloading, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular reconciliation.

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.

• Prepare daily dispatch plans and optimize vehicle utilization to minimize transportation costs.

• Supervise loading and unloading activities while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

• Monitor delivery performance and ensure on-time delivery to distributors, dealers, and customers.

• Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages, and customer complaints promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation for dispatches, deliveries, invoices, gate passes, and transport records.

• Track vehicle movement and coordinate with transport providers to ensure efficient logistics operations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the depot premises.

• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance depot efficiency.

• Coordinate with finance regarding delivery documentation, customer returns, and reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
