Experience:
Bachelor/Honours in relevant subject from any reputed university.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Receive the finalized spec from Garment Technologist through mail.
Review the tech pack with GT and other relevant members and understand the requirement.
Check the fabric shrinkage % based on blanket if shrinkage is incorporate to the pattern.
Prepare the pattern with appropriate shrinkage % (If have embellishment, position should be mentioned), if shrinkage is not required, develop 0 shrinkage pattern.
Make sure appropriate block availability and right block is used for development.
Printout the pattern by plotter machine & check the physical pattern measurement.
Handover the pattern to PDC cutting with file.
Define engineered design/print, matching, stripe alignment, mirroring/parring and provide instruction to cutter together with GT.
Go through the feedback provide by production/Technical for improvement.
Proper evaluation of customer comments and make pattern amendment requested by customer.
Prepare embellishment/print position, stripe layout template as per the requirement.
Prepare the costing pattern based on block pattern & send by mail to CAD to proceed the costing pattern.
Deliver the softcopy of bulk pattern to cutting by mail & handover the hard pattern also (Bulk pattern).
Ensure block update, general standard update by customer as a ruling change, is fallowed up.
Store and maintain all blocks pattern in pattern library with appropriate version.
Deliver Pattern (Finished proto) to design studio for prepari the 3D pattern (If required).
Do the bulk pattern correction based on production demand.
