Experience:

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Minimum Bachelor in any discipline.

• Age 28 to 32 years

• Valid Driving License, Motorcycle (Own Motorcycle is Must)

• Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.

• Work with an energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of the Company.

• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

• Execute all marketing plans of the Organization.

• Developed new clients and maintain good relationships with both clients.

• Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.

  1. Maintain communication with agricultural officers at the field level.

  2. Track competitors' activities and market presence.

  3. Improve sales skills by working closely with model farmers and maintaining financial discipline.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools is a plus.

• Ready to take on additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
