Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Work with an energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of the Company.
∎ Ability to work independently and travel frequently.·
∎ Execute all marketing plans of the Organization.
∎ Developed new clients and maintain good relationships with both clients.·
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.·
∎ Maintain communication with agricultural officers at the field level.
∎ Track competitors' activities and market presence.
∎ Improve sales skills by working closely with model farmers and maintaining financial discipline.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience with reporting tools is a plus.
∎ Ready to take on additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
