Responsibilities & Context:
Co ordination with DGO and Sales Team/Accounts /Factory
Customer Dues Monitoring
All types of Presentation as per required
Promotional input making and delivery
Analysis of Daily sales and collection
Order despatch to factory and ensure timely delivery
Farmers KYC collection from field and prepare database.
All expense from field collection and dispatch to A/C
Timely money receipt send to respective territory after final posting
Customer deed of Agreement dispatch and collection
Security deposit collection monitoring and letter to customer
Timely ID card and appointment letter issue to field
Team Tracking using apps
Quarterly Customers ledger delivery and collect confirmation
All Sales related support to Sales team
