This is not a plot-selling job. It is high-ticket, relationship-led sales of a differentiated asset class — part real estate, part hospitality, part lifestyle investment — to a discerning client base that expects consultative, polished engagement from the first call to the site visit. We are assembling a sales team that matches the ambition of the product: sharp, corporate-presentable, and hungry to close.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the full sales cycle for Forest Eco Resort fractional ownership units — from lead engagement and negotiation through to closing — with minimal hand-holding.

  • Convert a self-managed and assigned pipeline through structured follow-up, site visits, and consultative presentations that reflect NEXCENT's premium brand standard.

  • Maintain immaculate client-facing conduct — professional presentation, articulate communication, and a "quiet luxury" tone in every interaction, in person, on calls, and in writing.

  • Engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, handling objections and negotiations independently.

  • Represent NEXCENT at site visits, client meetings, and investor events, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces institutional credibility.

  • Contribute market feedback and closing insight to sharpen the team's sales strategy as the Forest Eco Resort sales force scales.


Requirements / Qualifications


  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate, high-ticket asset sales, luxury hospitality, or financial products sales, with a demonstrable closing track record.

  • Proven negotiation skills and experience managing a full sales cycle independently, without close supervision.

  • Strong client relationship management skills, comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Business, Marketing, or Real Estate background is a plus.

  • Fluent in Bengali and English, with confident verbal and written communication.

  • Impeccable grooming and corporate presentation, resilience under target pressure, and an ambitious, ownership-driven mindset — this is a role for people who want to build a career, not fill a job.
