Responsibilities & Context: As a Sales Associate/ Consultant you will be the face of Sartorial, responsible for delivering an extraordinary shopping experience to discerning clients. Working in a high-end retail environment, you’ll combine exceptional customer service with in-depth product knowledge to inspire trust and drive sales. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury brands, building meaningful client relationships, and exceeding sales goals in an elegant and sophisticated setting.
Responsibilities:
- Client Experience: Deliver a personalized and memorable shopping experience, catering to the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively engaging with clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s heritage, collections, and product details to provide insightful recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, outreach, and exclusive invitations to in-store events.
- Brand Representation: Uphold and embody the brand’s image by maintaining a professional demeanor, polished appearance, and exceptional etiquette.
- Store Operations: Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and ensuring a pristine and inviting store environment.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve client concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Technology Integration: Leverage CRM systems and digital tools to manage client profiles, track preferences, and notify clients about new collections or promotions.
